  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Heat treat the flour by microwaving it for 1 minute or baking at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk.
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
