Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and coat them evenly with the sauce.
  4. In another bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Coat each shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking tray.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with a side of dipping sauce or salad.
