Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup water

Filling

  • ½ pound ground pork
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. Roll dough into a long cylinder and cut into small pieces.
  3. Flatten each piece into a thin circle.
  4. Mix pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle.
  6. Fold and seal the edges to form dumplings.
  7. Boil water in a pot. Add dumplings and cook until they float.
  8. Serve hot.
