- 2 cups cooked chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin. Toss well to coat.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
