Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 1 piece Eel (unagi), cooked
  • 1 piece Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 piece Avocado thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Unagi sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. 2. Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a bamboo sushi mat. Lay a nori sheet on top.
  3. 3. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  4. 4. Flip the nori so the rice is facing down. Place eel, cucumber, and a few avocado slices in the center.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure.
  6. 6. Place thin avocado slices on top of the roll and cover with plastic wrap. Use the bamboo mat to press the avocado into the roll.
  7. 7. Remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll into pieces. Drizzle with unagi sauce before serving.
