Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag Doritos, crushed
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed Doritos.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and toss again to coat evenly.
