Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water

Filling

  • 1 cup Ground pork
  • ½ cup Chopped shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix ground pork, chopped shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and green onions to make the filling.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold the edges to seal the dumplings.
  4. 4. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
