Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup grated cucumber squeeze out excess water
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, fresh dill, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
