Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish prepared
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain, cool, and peel.
  2. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, vinegar, and salt.
  3. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
