Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel.
  3. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Set whites aside.
  4. Mash yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
