  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  3. 3. Dredge each tilapia fillet in the flour mixture, then in cornmeal, ensuring an even coating.
  4. 4. Carefully place the coated fillets into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the fillets from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
