Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreos
  • 1 cup Pancake mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • as needed Vegetable oil for frying
  • to taste Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix and water until smooth.
  3. Dip each Oreo into the batter, making sure it's fully coated.
  4. Carefully place the coated Oreos into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove Oreos with tongs and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
