  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Dip the lobster tails in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Fry the lobster tails in the hot oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
