- 10 pieces Jalapenos sliced
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
Dip jalapeno slices in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
Fry the coated jalapeno slices in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
