Deep Fried Hot Wings and Drumettes Recipe

- 2 lbs Chicken wings and drumettes
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Hot sauce
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 4 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. In another bowl, mix buttermilk and hot sauce.
3. Dip each chicken wing and drumette into the buttermilk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
5. Fry the chicken in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
