  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Beer cold
  • 1 unit Egg beaten
  • 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add beer and beaten egg to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Dip cheese curds into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Carefully place the battered cheese curds into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
