Deep Fried Cauliflower

- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 4 cups Vegetable oil for frying
Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water, stirring until smooth.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the cauliflower in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
