Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked sushi rice
  • 1 cup Imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. Mix the sushi rice, imitation crab meat, avocado, mayonnaise, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Roll the balls in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the rice balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
