Deep Fried California Roll Rice Balls Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked sushi rice
- 1 cup Imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1 medium Avocado, diced
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying
Mix the sushi rice, imitation crab meat, avocado, mayonnaise, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Form the mixture into small balls.
Roll the balls in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the rice balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
