- 1 cup Butter Cold, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 cups Oil For frying
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Dip butter cubes into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
Carefully place the coated butter cubes into the hot oil using tongs.
Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
