- 1 wheel Brie Cheese 8 oz
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 quart Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cut the Brie into wedges.
3. Dredge each wedge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the wedges in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
