Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Spam sliced into 8 pieces
  • 2 cups Cooked white rice
  • 4 sheets Nori cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. In a frying pan, cook the Spam slices over medium heat until crispy on both sides.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the Spam slices and cook for another 2 minutes, until the sauce is absorbed.
  5. 5. Serve the Spam slices over a bed of rice, garnished with nori strips.
