Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 quart Dandelion petals
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 1 gallon Water
  • 1 large Orange sliced
  • 1 large Lemon sliced
  • 1 package Wine yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water and pour over dandelion petals. Let it sit for 2 days.
  2. 2. Strain the liquid into a large pot. Add sugar, orange slices, and lemon slices. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Let it cool to room temperature. Add yeast and transfer to a fermentation vessel.
  4. 4. Seal and let it ferment for 2 weeks. Strain and bottle the wine. Age for at least 6 months.
