Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Add cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, and chili powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in cream, sugar, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Add chicken and cook until done, about 15 minutes.
