Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 8 slices Bread crusts removed
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto 4 slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices.
  3. Cut off the crusts and then cut each sandwich into quarters.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
