Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches
Delicious and easy-to-make curried chicken tea sandwiches, perfect for a light snack or a tea party.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 8 slices Bread crusts removed
- ¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly onto 4 slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices.
Cut off the crusts and then cut each sandwich into quarters.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
