Cucumber Sandwiches Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 8 slices Bread white or whole wheat
- 4 tablespoon Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Mix the cream cheese and chopped dill in a bowl.
2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.
3. Place cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
6. Cut the sandwiches into quarters or halves and serve.
