- 2 cups Cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Tomato, diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice and salt. Mix well to combine.
Let the salsa sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
