  • 8 slices Bread crusts removed
  • 4 tablespoon Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon Dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Place cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
  3. 3. Sprinkle with dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Top with remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
  5. 5. Cut each sandwich into quarters and serve.
