Cucumber Mint Raita Recipe
A refreshing yogurt-based side dish with cucumber and mint.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Cucumber, grated
- 2 tablespoon Mint leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped mint leaves, cumin powder, and salt.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
