  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber, grated medium-sized
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
