Cucumber and Onion Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 large onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
