Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and cooled
  • 1 Cucumber cut into thin strips
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until dissolved.
  2. 2. Add the mixture to the cooked sushi rice and mix well.
  3. 3. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat, shiny side down.
  4. 4. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  5. 5. Arrange cucumber and avocado slices along the bottom edge of the rice.
  6. 6. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
