  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Beef broth

Instructions

  2. 2. Dredge the steaks in flour, shaking off the excess.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. 5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
  6. 6. Add beef broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
  7. 7. Return the steaks to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
