Crusty Dutch Oven Bread Recipe
This is a simple and delicious crusty bread made in a Dutch oven.

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.5 teaspoons Salt
- 0.25 teaspoons Yeast
- 1.5 cups Water Room temperature
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
2. Add water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place Dutch oven in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
5. While Dutch oven is heating, turn dough onto a well-floured surface and shape into a ball.
6. Carefully place dough into the preheated Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
7. Remove lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
8. Remove bread from Dutch oven and let cool on a wire rack.
