- 10 pieces Jalapenos sliced into rings
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
Season the flour with salt and pepper.
Dip each jalapeno slice into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the coated jalapeno slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
