Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic halved
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ¼ inch thick slices.
  3. Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.
  4. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  5. Rub the top of each slice with the cut side of the garlic clove.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
