- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
