  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Cook the pancetta slices until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Use tongs to transfer to paper towels to drain.
  3. 3. Lay out the tortillas and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each.
  4. 4. Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla, followed by crispy pancetta slices and cherry tomatoes.
  5. 5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
