- 200 g Chinese egg noodles uncooked
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the cooked noodles to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
4. Remove the noodles with a strainer and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
