Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately.
