Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds Russet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- ½ cup Milk warmed
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
3. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher.
4. Add the warm milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
