Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add the Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
