Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the shredded chicken, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
