- 1 lb ground sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 ¼ cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage and cream cheese until well blended.
Add the baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese to the sausage mixture. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
