Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 8 oz Imitation crab meat or real crab meat
  • 4 oz Cream cheese cut into strips
  • 1 Cucumber cut into strips

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
  2. 2. Lay a sheet of nori on the bamboo mat. Spread an even layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. 3. Place strips of crab meat, cream cheese, and cucumber along the bottom edge of the rice.
  4. 4. Using the bamboo mat, roll the sushi tightly from the bottom, pressing firmly to seal.
  5. 5. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
