- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 1 medium jalapeño seeded and chopped
- 1 medium red onion chopped
- 1 medium lime juiced
1. In a food processor, combine cranberries and sugar. Pulse until finely chopped.
2. Add cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, and lime juice. Pulse until combined but still chunky.
3. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
