  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium red onion chopped
  • 1 medium lime juiced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine cranberries and sugar. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. 2. Add cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, and lime juice. Pulse until combined but still chunky.
  3. 3. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
