- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Chopped Celery
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, and chopped green onions.
Add the mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
