Main Ingredients
- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 8 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
- 1 cup Cranberry sauce
- 0.25 cup Chopped pecans optional
- 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped, optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 24 squares.
Place each square into a mini muffin tin.
Add a piece of Brie to each pastry square.
Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the Brie.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans and rosemary if using.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
