Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup crab meat cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
