Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Serve warm.
