Ingredients

  • 200 g Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Bread your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Spread the mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
  3. 3. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
  4. 4. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
