  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz Crab meat drained and flaked
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 package Wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and garlic powder.
  2. 2. Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. 3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
